The Lindner Piano!
AKA Rippen, and perfectly capturing 1960s futurism, these unique instruments were built by Dutch company Rippen Piano in Shannon, Co Clare. Radically redesigned to cut costs, they play like other mid C20th elec pianos eg Rhodes and Wurlitzer, but FULLY acoustic, with strings and felt hammers. Read more history here from RTE., and Scottish piano technician David Boyce also has an excellent article.
If you own a one, it likely needs restoration, such as:
Custom 3D printed parts, manufactured in Limerick with replacement leaf springs
Full action overhaul

Before and after case restoration
The piano’s weakest point was early plastic connectors used to attach parts like keys. Replacements now available from Laffan Piano.
Along with breaking, these parts also become stiff with lack of use, but this can be remedied.
